Shipping and Delivery

At Bellows, we work hard to make sure your cameras, film, prints, and processed negatives reach you safely and on time. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle orders, processing times, and delivery procedures.
1. Order Processing Times
Orders for cameras, film, and accessories typically ship within 1–3 business days from arrival to our store.
Film sent to us for development is processed and scanned based on current lab turnaround times (which vary depending on workload, season, and service type).
Once processing is complete, negatives and prints are shipped back within 1–2 business days.
Business days exclude holidays.
2. Shipping Methods & Rates
We offer several shipping options at checkout, including:
Standard Ground, Expedited,
Overnight (where available)
Shipping costs are calculated based on:
Package weight, destination, selected service
3. Tracking
All shipments include tracking.
You will receive a tracking number automatically once your order is packed and ready for the carrier.
4. Shipping Film to Us
Customers are responsible for:
Shipping costs when sending film to the lab.
Packaging film securely to prevent damage.
Selecting a reliable carrier service. (We recommend Fedex) .
We recommend using a padded mailer or box and including your order information inside the package.
We are not responsible for film lost or damaged in transit before it arrives at our facility.
5. International Shipping
International shipping is available to select countries.
Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for:
Iport duties,
Taxes,
Customs fees
These charges are not included in shipping costs and are billed by your local customs agency.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once a package is scanned in by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the shipping provider.
For missing or damaged packages:
Contact the carrier first to file a claim
Then notify us so we can assist where possible
We are not responsible for packages stolen after delivery.
7. Shipping of Developed Negatives
Developed negatives are returned using the shipping method selected during checkout.
If you choose not to have negatives returned:
They will be safely stored for a limited time
After the retention period, they may be recycled or disposed of
Long-term archival storage is not guaranteed unless otherwise stated
