Six simple steps from drop-off to scans in your inbox.
Place Your Order Online
Go to the “Send Us Your Rolls” page and select the city lab closest to you — Orlando, Miami, Atlanta, or Chicago. That’s the lab your rolls will be processed at. Complete your order and save your order number.
Visit Your Dropbox Location
Head to the Dropbox location for your city. Fill out the paper order form on-site and write your order number clearly on the form.
Bag It Up
Place your rolls and completed order form into one of the provided baggies at the location.
Drop It In
Seal your bag and drop it into the Dropbox. You’re done at the location.
We Process Your Film
Dropbox orders are sent out to our labs every Monday and Wednesday. Once your rolls arrive at the lab, they are processed within 24–72 hours.
Receive Your Scans
You’ll receive an email with a WeTransfer link to download your finished scans.
Did you select negatives return during checkout?
If you paid for negatives return when placing your order, your negatives will be mailed to the address on file. No extra steps are needed at the Dropbox — it’s handled automatically once your order is processed.
